ORDERING & DELIVERY

While browsing the website, items can be added to the shopping cart by choosing a size followed by clicking the button "add to cart". You can either continue shopping or go to the checkout. The checkout pages will guide you through the rest of buying process. You will be able to delete items from the cart or make a change the quantity at any time. We aim to make sure that stock availability, as listed on the site, is completely up to date, however we cannot always guarantee this. On completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail from us, confirming your order. We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days approximately (Mon-Fri), orders placed after noon may take an extra days delivery. Please note, during busy periods, such as sale and Christmas, UK deliveries may take slightly longer.

RETURNS

We are happy to refund or replace any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.  To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. Once you have cancelled your order please ensure that you return all items to us within 14 days of cancellation. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

All goods are packaged well to protect against damage. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We regret that we are unable to refund any postage and packing costs. Customers are also advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the goods

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

In addition, footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box and must be wrapped in an additional protective layer of packaging to protect the box and contents. We are unable to accept merchandise that is not received in the specified conditions above. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund your credit or debit card within 7 days, however this will exclude all associated shipping costs.
