Vat Discount

Countries outside of the European Union automatically receive a 20% VAT discount on their order once you have completed the delivery section. The discount is applied once your address details have been entered or once you have signed into your account.

UK Shipping Information

• We offer a next day delivery service via FedEx on weekdays, and Royal Mail for Saturday guaranteed deliveries
• Shipping to all UK destinations is £4.99
• Saturday Guaranteed delivery with Royal Mail is £7.49
• All orders placed before 2.00pm (GMT) on a working day will be delivered next working day
• Please not that we do not guarantee next day delivery on goods on special offer or promotions
• All UK orders are tracked and are to be signed for upon delivery. If no-one is available to receive the parcel then 2 more delivery attempts will be made after which a card will be left enabling you to re-arrange a delivery (FedEx). 
• For Royal Mail shipments the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or else leave a card allowing you to collect your parcel from your local sorting office.

In-store collection

Please select “pick up in-store’ as the delivery option upon checking out. You will need to provide your order number and name when you collect your purchase. If you do decide to get the item shipped please contact us to arrange for a shipment payment to be made.

International Shipping Information

• We offer worldwide shipping using FedEx or Royal Mail
• Prices vary depending on service and very occasionally we experience delays due to items clearing customs. We recommend always using FedEx as your parcel is tracked up to the point of delivery

PO Box addresses

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Taxes and import duties

• All customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. 
• We have no control over these charges and due to the range of different laws across different countries, we are unable to say what these costs are. We recommend contacting your local customs office for advice on import duties.
• We do not mark items as gifts as we are liable for prosecution if found
